Growing up on a working farm in Iowa, combined with decades of marketing real estate throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area it became clear to me that although contrasting on the surface; those two unlikely worlds are unbelievably similar. Quality service requires diligence, good work ethic, great communication and an insightful vision. With over 30+ years of helping people realize their dreams, I don't rest on my laurels because every client and their process is unique. I love that aspect about working with people and real estate. I am passionate about what I do; which is to help individuals through a potentially stressful time - realize the best outcome possible.

Deb Hamilton

Yes, indeed, another Iowa farm girl!
In addition to her background as a graphic artist and real estate photographer; Deb is also a licensed Realtor! Holy moly, what a combination! It's more than knowing how to work a camera, or create a beautiful ad, but Deb has an eye that captures what is truly important - she uses her insight to relate to both buyers and sellers. Let me add that her vision also allows her to understand a home's potential and relay that vision to buyers.
Hang on... we've only begun to scratch the surface. Oddly enough it is Deb's ability to be an insightful listener that sets her apart in these arenas. She understands and values the importance of hearing your thoughts and with her experience and resources, helps bring your dreams to fruition.

Elin Herrman​
Elin is a twin, married to a twin (nothing to do with chewing gum!).

Through this unique perspective, she works with others like no other! She not only 'enjoys people' but embraces any opportunity she gets to 'help out'. Friends, family, clients -she wants you to know that she's there to help you redefine your needs and help you find a better fit that will best support your desired lifestyle. Fostering a supportive relationship is of utmost importance to Elin - it's what makes her tick.
Elin has been on a life long journey to help seniors and families identify their 'right' home. This has never been a job for Elin, but a joy. She gets it - every step of the way!
